Legal Framework and Rules governing the Service
By creating an account, depositing assets, or interacting with the Yieldfund platform, you irrevocably agree to comply with all provisions set forth in these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any segment of these rules, you are legally restricted from accessing the application and all corresponding services.
Yieldfund operates as an automated decentralized architecture supplying advanced high-yield financial optimization infrastructure. The core ledger system calculates micro-interest yields on user deposits at predefined intervals based on fixed capital management modules. All nodes, balances, and operational ledgers are governed on an "as available" basis without any express warranties.
You hold exclusive, non-transferable accountability for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication layer, account tokens, secret recovery phrases, and two-factor keys. Yieldfund shall assume no responsibility for losses arising from compromised client endpoints, phishing attacks, or authorized actions executed on your device.
While the platform calculates fixed returns based on state algorithms, digital finance ecosystems carry inherent macroeconomic volatility, liquidity transformations, and system failures. You accept full legal responsibility for deployment decisions and confirm that you possess sufficient financial competence to assess yield mechanics.
Any effort to exploit system architecture, execute script injections, bypass compliance rate-limiters, implement structural arbitrage strategies, or game the referral modules will trigger immediate profile isolation, balance seizure, and formal reports to statutory regulatory enforcement bodies.
Yieldfund maintains absolute unilateral authority to isolate accounts, withhold asset access, or execute permanent bans if clear violations of the AML/CFT protocols, fraudulent referrals, or non-compliant actions are detected.
These contractual provisions shall be adjudicated exclusively under the legal framework of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. All disputes must be channeled through the authorized compliance arbitration pipelines prior to formal claims.
