Rules governing product cancellations and capital reversals
Once a capital deposit is successfully pushed into an active investment package structure, the transaction is definitive and mathematically locked. System-wide automation constructs preclude any immediate reversal, cancellation, or principal liquidation prior to full package expiration.
If a deposit fails to credit to the user dashboard due to system timeouts but funds have exited the customer gateway account, users may initiate a transaction verification request. Verified faulty inputs are corrected by adding the capital to the account ledger within 48 hours.
All cross-profile internal balance transfers are processed in real-time and are completely irreversible. Yieldfund cannot recover assets transmitted to incorrect account usernames or emails initiated by the user.
All claims concerning balance variations, missing deposits, or gateway errors must be filed via our support ticket interface within 7 days of the event timeline. Claims matching older criteria will be archived without structural review.
